Salon Policies 

Cancellation Policy

A 48 hour notice must be given for cancellations on any appointments without proper notification, the first time, we will allow booking another appointment . If any appointment without notification happens a second time, we will not allow any future appointments to be scheduled until the missed appointment has been paid in full.

 

SERVICE RE-DO POLICY: 

I strive to always offer each guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color or extensions, please let me know within 72 hours of your visit I will be happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional charge.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, the Refinery Salon & Co will accept retail exchanges ONLY at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.

Running Behind for Your Appointment?

If you happen to be running behind, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. However, out of respect for my clients who follow your appointment if you are 15 minutes or more behind you may need to give up part of your service(s) (ie; blow dry) or you may have to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that if it is necessary reschedule due to excessive tardiness you will incur a last minute reschedule fee of 50% of your appointment service fee that will need to paid for before making another appointment.

Child Safety Guidelines

My goal is to ensure child safety while providing a professional environment in which I can focus on my guests needs. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. It is essential that all children remain seated in the salon waiting area to ensure their safety. Children are permitted in the service area only when a service is being provided to them. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was solely created with your child's safety in mind. The salon is not child proof. This policy is strictly enforced due to safety regulations for providing services including chemicals and hot tools that may pose a danger to your child if unsupervised. Your understanding and compliance is greatly appreciated as we do not want to compromise the safety and relaxation of our guests. Also, In order to provide a calm and relaxing experience for you as my guest, I ask that arrangements for childcare be made during your appointment time or you will be subject to reschedule
